Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

Loandock — Last Updated: February 16, 2026

At Loandock, we are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use, and share your information. This document outlines our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for all users of our website and services.

Google User Data

OAuth Verified

How We Use Google User Data

Loandock integrates with Google services to provide a seamless experience for mortgage professionals. When you connect your Google account, we may access the following data based on the permissions you grant:

  • Google Calendar — to read and create calendar events for appointment scheduling with leads and borrowers.
  • Gmail (send only) — to send emails on your behalf to leads and borrowers through the CRM, with your explicit action.
  • Google Contacts — to import or sync contact information for lead management within the CRM.
  • User Profile (email, name) — to identify your account and personalize your CRM experience.

We only request the minimum scopes necessary for the features you use. Google user data is never used for advertising, sold to third parties, or shared outside of the purposes described above.

Data Protection for Google User Data

We implement robust security measures to protect all Google user data we access:

  • Encryption in transit — all data transmitted between our servers and Google APIs is encrypted using TLS 1.2+.
  • Encryption at rest — Google user data stored in our databases is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
  • Access controls — only authorized personnel with a legitimate business need can access Google user data, enforced via role-based access control (RBAC).
  • OAuth token security — access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely in encrypted credential stores and are never exposed in client-side code or logs.
  • Regular audits — we conduct periodic security reviews of our Google integration to ensure continued compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy.

Retention & Deletion of Google User Data

We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested:

  • Active accounts — Google user data is retained while your Loandock account is active and the Google integration is connected.
  • Disconnection — when you disconnect your Google account from Loandock (via your account settings or Google's security settings), we delete all stored Google user data (including tokens, cached calendar events, and synced contacts) within 30 days.
  • Account deletion — when you delete your Loandock account, all associated Google user data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • Manual request — you may request deletion of your Google user data at any time by emailing support@loandock.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Loandock's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
