Terms of Service

By accessing and using Loandock's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the services. Privacy is covered separately, in the privacy policy.

Loandock is an AI loan processor. Clara builds and pre-underwrites the file, submits it to the lender, and works the conditions that come back.

Loandock processes mortgage documents and conditions inside the client's LOS. Loandock is a technology company providing tools and services to mortgage professionals. Loandock is not a lender, does not underwrite, and does not make credit decisions.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else is using it. When you give Loandock access to your systems, you control what it can access and can revoke that access.

You may not use the services for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable regulation, including mortgage and lending regulations, the TCPA, and state or federal communication laws.

The services and their original content, features, and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of Loandock and its licensors.

In no event shall Loandock, nor its directors, employees, partners, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

We may modify or replace these terms. We give notice of any material change by updating the date at the top of this page.
